athletes improve their speed, strength, and basketball skills. Today, Team Miller has become the preferred and premiere basketball training program for youth, competitive, elite, and professional athletes. We are truly helping athletes of all levels and ages maximize their abilities and reach their full potential.

Team Miller is committed to offering high-level, detailed sports performance and basketball skills training for youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. With an emphasis on skill development, basketball IQ, and athletic enhancement, our intense workouts are designed to maximize the performance level of athletes of all ages and abilities. Our individual workouts focus on position specific skill, footwork, shooting, ball handling, passing, floaters, defense, 1-on-1 moves, and performance enhancement (speed, agility, and quickness).
